GSL was established in 1995 as a metal fabrication and powder coating specialist for the rail industry. We have since expanded to accommodate metal fabrication, welding, powder coating and shot blasting requirements across all industry sectors nationwide.
Based in Ingatestone, Essex, our customer base is nationwide. Our employees are experts with over 25 years experience in the welding, fabrication and powder coating industries, which means our practical knowledge covers most techniques and materials. GSL is an anti-corrosion powder coating specialist.
With a large continuously flowing paint line, dry off oven and spray booths, we are a one stop shop that can service large and small volumes of work, meet critical deadlines and deliver a fast turnaround in both steel and aluminium products, whilst maintaining our high standard of finishes.
Items that cannot be powder coated, such as plastic, fibreglass and wood, can be wet-sprayed in our heated spray booths.
